Ivanka Trump shares the workout routine that “transformed” her body: “It’s safe and toned”

Ivanka Trump, the second child of former President Donald Trump, shares her personal life and fitness routine.

The 43-year-old mom and business executive recently shared five workouts and other details about her fitness journey on Instagram, highlighting her transition to weight training.

“Like most women, I focused a lot on cardio, yoga and Pilates,” Trump wrote in a post along with a shared video.

“Since moving to Miami, I’ve focused on weightlifting and resistance training, and it’s been transformative to help me build muscle and shape my body in ways that I used to. don’t think about them,” he also wrote.

Trump now devotes three to four days a week to strength training, either by himself or with one of his trainers. (Check out her workout routine here.)

His strength training method focuses on “basic, time-tested and simple movements” that include squats, deadlifts, hinges, push-ups and pull-ups, he explained in detail.

“These are the basics of my practice, which emphasizes the power of life,” said Trump, who served as his father’s top aide during his presidency.

Working with a trainer, Trump said he improved his form and added weight.

“This ensures a safe and sustainable development while maintaining the integrity of each organization,” he wrote. “I incorporate movement work into my programs to improve range of motion.”

Trump has written that weight lifting has improved his strength as well as his overall athleticism and endurance.

“I changed my focus on weightlifting and resistance training, and it changed.”

Nutrition has also been the key to his strong physique.

“Also new to me, but important to my progress, is increasing my protein intake significantly,” Trump wrote in the post.

“Now I’m eating between 30 and 50 grams of protein per meal. It’s working…I’ve never been stronger!”

When not at the gym, Trump said he does weekly yoga sessions and outdoor activities with his children, including surfing, swimming, hiking, hiking and golf.

To boost his cardio, he also incorporates short, high-intensity workouts each week.

“This balanced approach has put new energy into my workout routine and has produced great results,” Trump wrote, adding that each individual’s schedule is “very personal,” and that “what works is what you will do consistently.”

Regis Pagett, founder and owner of R Personal Fitness in New York City, is not involved in Trump’s training, but commented on his post.

When Pagett trains women over 50, she focuses on low-weight, high-rep techniques, such as the TRX row, which uses only body weight for 15 reps.

He also incorporates high-weight, moderate-repetition movements, such as the barbell deadlift that uses 85 pounds for eight reps, for an “overall sculpted look.”
